Seeing my grandmother, Joanne, Belfast

I was on holidays in Crete with my family, during the week a had a terrible feeling that something wasn't right, I felt unsettled, irritable and knew that something was wrong.  My husband told me to ring home, I didn't want to, I knew someone had died, just had that gut feeling. 

I was nervous about going home, we arrived back home late into the night.  I was in my bedroom getting ready for bed, when, I looked up to see my grandmother waving to me dressed in a blue nightgown, I was filled with a sense of peace.  She looked solid as a person but floated slightly, she looked 20 years younger than her actual age which was almost 90!  I knew then, that my grandmother had passed to the spirit world and that the unshakable feeling I had while abroad was her immeditate passing.

When I awoke the next morning my sister rang to say grandmother had died while on holiday, I told her 'I know, I saw her last night in my bedroom waving goodbye and she was wearing a blue nightgown' my sister was in shock because granny was buried in a blue nightgown! which I didn't know information of this, which gave me furthur proof of my sighting and experience.

I didn't feel scared or afraid of seeing spirit, it was comforting to know that she is at peace.  I was very close to my grandmother, Annie, but I know now she is in a place of rest and with us always.
